LEAD Task Force Scholarship

The FAA LEAD Task Force Credential Scholarship application is now open!

Through the Leadership, Engagement, Advancement & Development (LEAD) Task Force, FAA provides two different scholarships each year to equip, guide, and assist members in advancing their career.

One scholarship provides the recipient a spot in FAA's Leadership Lyceum program. The second scholarship provides the recipient resources to complete designation training such as CALP, CAM, CAMT, CAPS, etc.

The 2025 application deadline is June 30, 2025.

The Leadership, Engagement, Advancement & Development Task Force is dedicated to cultivating informed future leaders within the association and the industry. One of the task force's goals is to provide members opportunities to advance into leadership roles within the association and the industry through education.
Individuals with at least 1 year of experience in residential property management, including leasing, management, or maintenance are eligible to apply. While all members are welcome to apply for both scholarships, applicants who demonstrate a financial need will be given priority in the selection process. 
The scholarship covers the following expenses:
NOTE: Scholarship recipients will be required to complete the Leadership Lyceum program or designation program within one calendar year. Recipients of both scholarships must submit detailed travel receipts to be eligible for reimbursement. 
Scholarship candidates are required to complete a scholarship registration form. The LEAD Task Force will meet in July to review applications and select a scholarship recipient.
