Long Range Planning

Long range planning involves clearly defining the organization's mission and an assessment of its current state and competitive landscape. Long range planning also requires a well-thought out plan for how to properly allocate time, human capital and financial resources. By following a strategic planning process, organizations can improve outcomes and avoid taking on unanticipated risks due to lack of foresight.  

Please join facilitator Jennifer Schulter (National Apartment Association) along with the FAA Executive Committee and FAA staff in a long range planning session to be held in Maitland (AAGO headquarters) on Wednesday, August 28 from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Because of the highly interactive nature of this session, we must limit participation to no more than 40 members -- seats will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
