Whitney Daly

Whitney H. Daly graduated from Oglethorpe University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. After passing the bar, Whitney represented indigent clients in Southern and Eastern Hillsborough County at Bay Area Legal Services. During her time there, she gained experience in several different areas of civil law including subsidized housing. Whitney was also a member of the Fair Housing Team and presented at the 2017 Fair Housing Symposium on protections for survivors of domestic violence under the Fair Housing Act.
