Member Benefits: PSC Members

PSC Member Benefits

Individuals from companies that provide products and services to the multifamily industry may join the local, state, and national apartment associations. Any company that joins the local association becomes a member of the Florida Apartment Association, though their primary FAA member benefit is to receive the quarterly magazine, Multifamily Florida. Many companies operate regionally and have little need to expand their services or membership statewide. However, companies that do operate throughout Florida, or at least in key urban areas, and desire to become more active at the state level, may join FAA's Product Service Council.

Product Service Council

Suppliers who service the apartment industry play an enormously important role in the association, not only providing critical financial support via trade shows, advertising, and sponsorships but serving on state and local boards and leading FAA's Product Service Council. Chaired by the Associates' Vice President to the FAA Board of Directors, The Product Service Council helps plan the annual Conference programs and trade show activities, manage fund-raising activities and prize giveaways, and other functions.

PSC annual dues are $150. Membership in the PSC entitles them to many member benefits.
